  • Enrollment requires consent from a parent or legal guardian.
  • The parent or guardian is responsible for supervising the child’s participation in our courses.
  1. Course Enrollment and Access
  • Enrollment is completed through our website by selecting the desired course and completing the payment process.
  • Upon successful enrollment, access to course materials will be granted as per the course schedule.
  • Access credentials are personal and must not be shared.
  1. Payment and Refund Policy
  • All courses are priced individually, and payment is required at the time of enrollment.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • Refunds may be requested within 7 days of enrollment, provided that no more than 10% of the course content has been accessed.

  • Any form of harassment, cheating, or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination of access without a refund.

  • Materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
  1. Technical Requirements
  • Participants must have access to a reliable internet connection and a compatible device.
  • Tangnest STEM Academy is not responsible for technical issues arising from the participant’s equipment or internet connectivity.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Tangnest STEM Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course participation.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course in question.
