At Tangnest STEM Academy, we strive to provide high-quality, engaging STEM education for children and teens. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that lead to the need for a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

  1. Eligibility for Refund
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original course purchase.
  • Refunds are only available if no more than 10% of the course content has been accessed.
  • For live sessions or blended learning programs, refunds are not available after the first live session has taken place.
  1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Student’s full name
  • Course enrolled
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • The student has accessed more than 10% of the course materials.
  • The student fails to attend or complete live sessions without prior notice.
  • Technical issues related to the user’s internet connection, device, or inability to meet technical requirements.
  1. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
  • Please allow 7–14 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Tangnest STEM Academy reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
